Since childhood, we have accompanied our father Giuseppe in his truffle hunting, learning to know, respect, and love one of the most extraordinary products nature can offer.

Our passion for truffles naturally intertwined with our passion for catering. Having grown up in this world, we decided to transform our roots into a concrete project, opening our first restaurant in Umbria, where for over ten years we told the story of truffles through authentic cuisine made of research, quality, and hospitality.

After ten successful years in the restaurant business, we chose to embark on a new entrepreneurial adventure.

This is how La Bottega del Tartufo was born, a project that allowed us to bring our passion to the main Italian cities, introducing truffles to thousands of people through a modern vision of this extraordinary ingredient.

But catering has always remained at the center of our thoughts.

Over the years we have traveled, experimented, observed, and learned. We have visited restaurants all over the world, trying to understand what truly makes an experience special.

We envision the restaurant as a place where people can feel relaxed, carefree, and welcomed. Places to spend a pleasant, intense evening, made of good food, smiles, and sharing.

And so we formed a very precise idea of what, for us, running a restaurant means:

Simplicity, Quality, Experience, Fun.

Making the customer feel at ease. Making them feel at home. Creating an atmosphere that transforms a dinner into a memory and creates the desire to return.

The love for hospitality, the search for the best raw ingredients, and the desire to create experiential places where one can feel good and have fun, have brought us back to where it all began: around a table.

Thus, Dai Fratelli – Tartufo e Cucina was born, in the heart of Rome, in Via Panisperna 84.A convivial, young, and contemporary restaurant, where tradition meets new ideas and where truffle is the absolute protagonist, offered in various dishes, enhanced and celebrated.

A cuisine that is only seemingly simple, built on the quality of ingredients and the desire to enhance every dish without unnecessary complications.

Dai Fratelli was born with the idea of indulging in the pleasure of a different experience.
